Fairy Witchcraft looks to combine the Native Fairy Faith with that of a neopagan path-heeding the warnings of the old ways, while looking for new ways to connect to this older faith. It has a solid foundation that’s very structured and more universal in it’s approach, with easy to follow guidelines- rather than the winding roads of the old faith that change with every landscape and season. It has the usual aspects you’d find in any beginner books, such as altar setup and ritual tools, festivals and self dedication rituals.
Why we love it
We see this book as a good beginner book and a great step for those interested in the Indigenous Fairy Faith, but who also want a softer, neo-pagan framework. It still has enough original elements of the Fairy Faith to be a good midway point also to those wanting a mid-way stop before embarking on an older, cultural journey.
